Small Town Proud
Incorporated in the heart of the Cumberland Valley in 1874 by Daniel Shireman, the Borough of Shiremanstown has retained it's small town proud image for over 130 years. Goverened by 7 elected Council Members and a Mayor, the Borough maintains an independant police force, codes enforcement office, and a volunteer fire department. The Borough Offices are located at 1 Park Lane in the northeast quadrant of the Borough bordering Memorial Park. Small Town Proud reflects the value of community enjoyed by those living and serving here.
